Why choose WHAM?

At one time or another we all need help in our businesses. I started WHAM as a vehicle to support SME hospitality operators and business owners to be successful.

Maybe you're starting out on your hospitality journey? Or you're an experience operator looking to grow? Maybe you need an experienced freelance executive to help take the reigns for a period of time, or to complete a project? WHAM supports SME businesses to overcome whatever challenge you find yourself facing.

With 25 years of hospitality experience, starting as a glass collector and progressing through to regional and national Operations Director roles, there aren’t many challenges I’ve not faced during my hospitality career; WHAM exists for me to share that operational and commercial experience, to help you find the solutions you're looking for.

What is my process?

First off, let’s have a chat over a coffee. No obligations, no strings, just a chat so that I can learn more about your business and talk about how I can help you. I’ll share my processes and allow you to make a judgement about whether working with me is the right fit for you and your business.

Like what you hear? Great, then I’ll start with getting to know your business and learning what makes it tick. I’ll sit down with your key players to learn all about your business before we start to plot a clear, strategic route forward for you to achieve whatever success looks like for you.

How about we start it with a chat over a coffee? We offer a no-strings-attached chat where we can learn more about your business and discuss how the consultancy process might work for you. From there you get the opportunity to see if our approach and working with WHAM is going to be right for you and your business.

If you’d like to work with us then we’ll start with time on-site learning what makes your business tick. We’ll sit down with your key players to plot a clear, strategic route forward. No-one knows your business better than you, and no-one knows more than us how to make it a success.

What does success look like?

I know that success looks different for each individual and their business.

I'll find out what success looks like for you and then work in partnership with you to achieve what it is you're looking for. You’ll receive a detailed action plan with a progressive timescale to reach your goals and an agreement to work with you at every turn.
